About Our Order Process

Order Process

1. Build a Quote

To begin your order for a successful print, we will need the quantity, product name/style, and delivery date. Your artwork must be ready to go. Please see our Artwork Requirements for details on preparing your file.

2. Approve Invoice & Pay

Once all the details are sorted out. We will send you an invoice based on your order. If you approve it, then we can proceed with your order. We ask for full payment upfront before we can start on any order.

3. Order Process Begins

Once your invoice has been paid, your order process begins. Order processing is typically within 5-7 business days. Have a rush order? Contact us with order details including the date needed and we will be happy to assist you.

4. Approve Mock Up

A proof will be sent for your approval and to review all the details. Remember time is of essence. Once we receive your approval, we will send all your details to our production team.

5. Off To The Presses

Your order is now in final production. We will begin prepping and printing your product to make your print a success. Please note no changes can be made beyond this point.

6. Pick Up or Ship It?

Your order is ready! You can choose to pick up or have your order shipped. We deliver to Marietta & surrounding areas. *Shipping time is not included in turn-around time.
